Character Notes: I watched "Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon" since Act 1 and it quickly became my favorite version of the Sailor Moon story. Sailor Venus is my favorite character in the show. Ayaka Komatsu, who plays Sailor Venus in PGSM, is beautiful and her version of Venus is more mature and distinct than the Usagi-clones we see in the anime. From day one, I wanted to cosplay as her!
Costume Notes: After this costume, I became a bit of a PGSM bow expert. I really enjoyed making all the accessories of the costume too and getting creative with them.
Cosplay Notes: This costume debuted at Japan Expo 2004! I plan to use it many, many more times after!
