Character Notes: I recently got into the Chobits manga and Chii is an adorable character! I fell in love with this outfit when I saw it on the cover of Volume 3! I especially like the large use of ribbons and the bow that flows down from the back.
Costume Notes: This costume was made by SetsunaKou. The Chii ears and hair spools were made by Papermilk Studios.
Cosplay Notes: Even though everyone and their momma cosplays as Chii, I couldn't resist cosplaying her too. One of the highlights of my day was at Anime Expo 2003 when a girl in the Exhibit Hall saw me taking pictures and said that I was "a good Chii"! She doesn't know I heard her since she was talking to her friends but that made me happy! Chii!
